FAQ

What Exactly Happens in a Clarity Call?

In the Clarity Call, we take time to gently get to know each other. It’s a safe and open space where you can bring everything: your questions, your thoughts, your uncertainties.

I’ll listen deeply, share my approach with you, and together we’ll explore whether working together feels aligned and supportive for you.

This is your first step. Free from pressure, free from expectations. Simply a loving space to arrive, breathe, and begin.

Do I Need to Know Exactly What I Want to Work On?

No, you don’t. Many people come to me simply with a sense that something is calling within them, that something feels out of balance even if they can’t yet put it into words. And that’s perfectly okay.

Together, we’ll gently create clarity, step by step.
There’s no right or wrong here. Only a safe space where you’re invited to open, explore, and begin.

Is Online Coaching Just as Effective as In-Person?

Absolutely. Many of my clients deeply value the warmth and intimacy that can arise even in an online setting.

You can join from a space where you feel safe and at ease. Whether that’s your living room, your favorite corner, or a quiet spot in nature.

What truly matters is the connection between us, not the distance in between.

Is Deep Transformational Coaching Right for Me?

Deep Transformational Coaching is for you if something within you is calling for change. If you feel ready to look honestly at yourself, to go deeper, and to meet yourself. Not on the surface, but with your whole heart.

It’s for you if you’re ready to let go of the old and welcome something new into your life. If you’re open to listening to your inner guidance and asking the deeper questions:
"Who am I, really?"
"Is the way I see the world truly real?"

It’s for you if you feel that now is the time to take a step into the unknown, gently led by the part of you that already knows who you truly are.

What Makes Your Coaching Approach Different?

My approach combines the principles of A Course in Miracles (ACIM) – forgiveness, compassion, and the release of judgment – with the depth and presence of Deep Transformational Coaching.

This combination creates a space that goes beyond the surface. A space where transformation doesn’t happen through striving, but through being. Together, we gently explore the stories that hold you back and create clarity where there was once confusion.

Deep Transformational Coaching reaches the places where many coaching approaches stop. It’s a path of peeling away the layers of the false self and reconnecting with the essence that has always been within you: your True Self.

How Much Does the Coaching Cost?

I’ll go over all the details with you during the Clarity Call. I’ll walk you through the different options – whether you’d like to book single sessions or a package – and you’ll have the space to decide what feels right for you.

No rush. Everything in its own time.

What If I’m Afraid to Enter This Process?

Fear is natural. It’s part of the journey.
It’s the voice of the ego trying to keep you in familiar stories and patterns. But fear is just a thought. One that pretends to be bigger than it really is.

In our sessions, you’ll learn to meet your fear with gentleness, without judgment, without pressure. You’ll begin to see that it has no real power over you. And the more you open to your inner guidance, the quieter fear becomes until it fades into the background.

I’m here to walk you safely through those moments. I hold the space. I hold your hand until you feel your own courage and trust begin to grow.

You’ll see: the love within you has always been stronger than the fear.
And it will never leave you.

What Makes Your Coaching Different from Other Approaches?

My coaching is rooted in the principles of A Course in Miracles (ACIM) and the Deep Transformative Coaching approach. It’s not just about finding solutions to external challenges; it’s about guiding you inward, uncovering the blocks that hold you back, and reconnecting you with who you truly are.

We don’t rely on rigid plans or quick fixes. Instead, we follow the guidance of your inner self and Higher Self. This work is profound, gentle, and deeply powerful, creating transformation from the inside out.

What Is A Course in Miracles (ACIM)? Is It a Religion?

A Course in Miracles (ACIM) is a spiritual teaching designed to help us rediscover our inner peace. It is based on principles like forgiveness, compassion, and choosing love over fear. ACIM invites us to let go of the stories that block us and reconnect with our true essence.

ACIM is not a religion. It has no dogmas, rituals, or fixed beliefs to follow. Instead, it offers a universal perspective that can be applied regardless of one’s religious background or spiritual views. Many who study ACIM find it to be a loving invitation to transform their thinking and perception, without being tied to any specific belief system.

In my coaching, I integrate the principles of ACIM, but you don’t need to be familiar with the course or its teachings. The universal principles I work with are accessible to everyone.

How Does A Course in Miracles (ACIM) Support Your Coaching?

The principles of A Course in Miracles (ACIM) form the foundation of my coaching approach. These teachings focus on practicing forgiveness, releasing the ego, and turning toward the voice of love. Universal principles that are accessible to everyone.

That said, you don’t need to study or be familiar with ACIM to work with me. My coaching isn’t about teaching the course or its concepts. Instead, its principles naturally flow into our work, such as forgiveness, compassion, letting go of judgments, and reconnecting with your inner guidance.

The focus always remains on your own experience and unique path. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore and discover your truth whether or not you have any prior knowledge of ACIM.

Do I Need to Be Spiritual to Work With You?

Not at all. This isn’t about sharing specific beliefs or philosophies. My coaching provides a safe space for anyone who is ready to go deeper – whether or not you consider yourself spiritual.

We work with what you bring and start exactly where you are. Everything else can unfold naturally in the process.

What Is the Difference Between Coaching and Therapy?

Coaching and therapy can both help bring clarity and change to your life, but their approaches differ. Therapists often work with individuals facing mental health challenges, trauma, or substance abuse. Coaching, on the other hand, is for people who are generally stable but feel a desire to unlock untapped potential or take their life to the next level.

That said, themes from the past can sometimes surface during coaching sessions. This is often an essential part of moving forward. Together, we explore: Where do your beliefs come from? Do they still serve you? By creating space to question these patterns and giving your inner wisdom a voice, coaching can be deeply transformative.

Some clients have said that a session feels similar to therapy. While coaching isn’t therapy, it can feel incredibly therapeutic. This is because it provides a safe space where you can see and understand yourself honestly. And it’s in that space where transformation begins.

Do I Need to Know Exactly What Topic to Bring?

No, you don’t. Many clients come to me because they feel an inner call, a quiet yet clear voice guiding them toward an inward journey. Others experience restlessness, uncertainty, fears, or blocks that keep them from living a peaceful life.

Some clients feel a deep sense that they are more than just this body and want to dive deeper into their true being. Others wish to deepen their spirituality or seek guidance and clarity on their path.

Whatever brings you here, we will uncover together what wants to be explored. Sometimes, the themes reveal themselves as we work, and that’s perfectly okay.

How Often Do Coaching Sessions Take Place?

I recommend meeting weekly, especially at the beginning. Change requires attention and consistency.

The old patterns within us are like a familiar melody we’ve played our whole lives. They’re automatic, well-practiced, almost effortless. When we begin exploring new thoughts, perspectives, and ways of being, it can feel like learning a new melody, unfamiliar and a little shaky at first. But with weekly sessions, the notes become clearer, and the rhythm flows more naturally.

When sessions are spaced further apart, it can be easier to slip back into the old melody. Meeting weekly helps keep the energy fresh, the clarity strong, and the transformation moving forward.

That said, I want the rhythm to feel right for you. Perhaps a biweekly schedule feels more aligned, or something entirely different. We’ll decide together, based on your needs and the journey you’re on.

As for the duration, 10 sessions often provide a wonderful foundation. After that, the journey can continue in different rhythms. Perhaps at a slower pace or with periodic sessions spaced throughout the year. Some clients achieve what they need in just a few sessions, while others work with me for months or even years.

There’s no right or wrong way, only your way. And I’m here to walk it with you.

Does Coaching Work if My Calendar Is Full?

I completely understand that life can feel like pure chaos sometimes. But you know what I’ve realized? When I consciously make time to pause – for reflection, mindfulness, stillness, and connecting with my inner self – life starts to feel less overwhelming.

Maybe it’s because I gain clarity on what truly matters. I learn to set priorities, establish boundaries, and let go of things that only add to the noise.

Many people begin their journey with the same concern: “How will I find time for this?” And almost everyone later says, “I wish I’d given myself this space sooner.” They notice how forgiveness, kindness, and letting go of judgments not only bring inner peace but ripple outward, positively affecting all areas of life – their relationships, their work, their entire being.

Coaching isn’t another obligation. It’s an anchor. A moment to reconnect with yourself, no matter how chaotic your schedule may seem. From that place of stillness, everything can begin to realign. Gently, clearly, and at your own pace.

How Do I Know if You’re the Right Coach for Me?

That’s an important question and it’s exactly why I offer the Clarity Call. This conversation gives us the opportunity to get to know each other, for you to ask your questions, and for both of us to sense whether we’re a good fit.

It’s about you feeling safe and confident in me and my approach. If it’s the right match, we’ll both feel it.

How Much Do You Charge?

The cost depends on whether you choose a package or individual sessions. I’m happy to discuss the details with you during the Clarity Call, so you’ll have a clear understanding of what works best for you.

Some questions find their answers in conversation.

If there’s something on your heart or you’d simply like to sense whether this path is right for us to walk together, I’d truly love to hear from you.
